Diligent Delivery Systems

Very disrespectful company with the region manager Helen who is very racist and gives routes to her family and family friends. Including warehouse worker who doesn’t have a box truck and the route is clearly meant for a box truck. And clearly her staff don’t know the city well so the just keep running up and down clueless. Clearly needs new management or a clear and clean investigation on how people get routes based on what size truck each route needs and no conflict of interest with routes and employees!

A major retail chain scheduled an in-home pickup with this company, we are STILL waiting!!! The operator/ office person took our information and promised to call back.. but of course she did NOT!!! Horrible company with HORRIBLE customer service!!

I don't recommend this company for delivery at all. They cost my shop 6000.00 lost because they were to lazy to get my part to me on time . It was in town they had it and decided not to delivery it. They don't care about there customers or the business they delivery for. Stay away from them find another delivery company.
