Chris and Gavin from Diamond Plumbing did an outstanding job addressing my main water line leak. On the first day, they correctly diagnosed that the issue was with the main line and explained my options clearly—either continue digging to locate the leak or return later to replace the entire line at a fixed price.
I initially chose the full replacement option. However, when they came back and began the work, they were able to locate the exact source of the leak early on. Instead of proceeding with the more expensive option, they gave me the choice to repair just that section. This saved me a substantial amount of money.
Caleb did a phenomenal job of quickly diagnosing the issue (garbage disposal) and offering me a replacement with warranty and providing the estimate cost of front. He also replaced the part and was able to complete all the work within the hour. Amazing efficiency from Caleb on this work!
