I love the fact that the front desk is always friendly and helpful. I am grateful at how much time is spent with each patient. It doesn't matter if I see Julie are Dr Welch herself. I have figured out that yes you check in online but you also need to stop and see front desk anyway which is not a big deal to me.

All these complaints make me chuckle. Working at this place I got yelled at for asking them to complete the registration on their portal. Operator error. It's an app. They are busy doctors it's a specialist not a primary care. Don't wait until you are down one pill or doss before calling them that's a patient fault.

LOVE THIS PLACE!! 2022. New patient. It did take some time to get a call back but covid sucks! They are so so short staffed but still manage to do their job. Witness people fighting with the receptionist for something completely out of her control. People complaining because it took some time. Yet the HUGE sign that states they are short staffed wasn't read apparently to some unbelievable privilege people here. Keep up the good work ladies. Sending my referrals your way!!
