I couldn’t be happier with the complete HVAC replacement that Design AC just did for my home in Ingram, TX! From the very first call to the final cleanup, everything was top-notch. The crew showed up exactly on time (actually a few minutes early), they were polite, professional, and respectful of my house. They took the time to walk me through the new system, answered all my questions (no tech-speak overload), and made sure I understood how everything works before they left. I’ve gotta say, these guys really knocked it out of the park for me. When they showed up, I was pretty nervous about having strangers in my home—but they instantly put me at ease with their laid-back Texas charm and genuine kindness. My old HVAC unit was older than my grandpa’s boots, and I half-expected a big headache getting it replaced. But nope—in a couple hours, they had everything installed, tested it thoroughly, and even gave me tips on keeping it running smooth through our scorchers.
