I had a really disappointing experience with this office before even being seen as a patient. I originally scheduled my appointment for 11:00 AM, and the office contacted me trying to move it to 8:15 AM instead. When I explained that I couldn’t do that because I had already arranged PTO from work specifically for the original appointment time, the staff member I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive.
Rather than trying to help find a reasonable solution, I was told the only other option was to wait an entire month. The tone of the conversation made it very clear that my situation didn’t matter at all.
Most people can’t just rearrange their work schedules on short notice, and explaining that shouldn’t be met with attitude from office staff. Patients plan appointments carefully around jobs and responsibilities, and it’s frustrating to be treated like that effort means nothing.
This was a very poor first impression for a medical office.

PA Carrizales is the best. Very professional and wonderful attitude and aptitude.
I had to be seen for a liason on my forehead, and she quickly took me in same day, quickly diagnosed and treated me all in under a few hours.
