Worked in San Antonio, Managers and Supervisors are great to work with and will help you out and not set you up for failure, unlike other contracting companies I worked for. Spectrum is not the best market and I would of left alot sooner but I stayed longer because I saw Dcomm really cared about their employees, I dont know how the other one are, but in San Antonio they know how to get it done even if days turn into a mess.

I came to Dcomm looking for work during this covid time and was totally green. I didn’t know a lot about working in telcomm but they assigned me to a couple of trainers named Darnell Williams and mike(supervisor now) who were excellent trainers who showed me the way they were very patient even when I screwed up lol..let’s just say I’ll be getting my own truck soon because of their professionalism and training...if you get them when you come your going to learn the right way!!!!

Great place I spent a few years at. Met amazing people with loads of knowledge. I knew nothing about cable when I got there. Knowledgeable and skilled professionals grinned into me the skills and abilities I have today. I’m no longer with the company but I’m eternally grateful for everything they taught me. I wouldn’t have gone half as far as I have with cable if it wasn’t for y’all. Thx.
