Great company with outstanding customer service. Walked in today Friday 6/26/2026 and was treated by an employee immediately. Told them I was just stopping by because I had seen the place while driving home and knew they sold products on Amazon but wanted to see if I could purchase a holster today. Two gentlemen assisted me immediately one asking details to make sure the product would work with my gun because it’s not the most common pistol by Taurus and the other checking the stockroom for me. I’ve carried daily for 5yrs with a cya holster. A week ago the holster cracked. I emailed them about it not really expecting it to be replaced after 5 years of use. Patrick got back to and let me know that they would be shipping out a replacement. I received it today. Excellent company.
