I never to would review a cleaners but...the staff are THE MOST friendliest, courteous and helpful bunch I've ever come across in any industry. Like a well oiled machine. Just super nice in prices and people.
Samantha gave me great service! She was easy to work with and helped me with transaction confusion. She was kind and great at employee satisfaction. Samantha is the reason I rate this dry cleaners so high!
Culpepper's may be pricey, but they are the best! I have been a customer for over 30 years. No, they're not perfect but they're darn close. My experience with the owners has always been good, although I have not dealt with Terri; mainly Jeff.
