I wasted so many years going to other cleaners in the area and a friend had recommended Culpeppers to me. They are perfectionist. Aside from their cleaning skills, the people that worked there are all wonderful.
About Culpepper Cleaners
Culpepper Cleaners is a local dry cleaning business that has received mixed reviews from its customers. While some customers praise the friendly and helpful staff, particularly Cindy and Samantha, others have experienced quality issues with their cleaning services.
Some customers have reported that their clothes have come back with double creases, stains, or stretched material, indicating a decline in the quality of the cleaning. Additionally, the prices charged by Culpepper Cleaners have been a concern for some customers.
Despite these drawbacks, the business has a loyal customer base, with one customer stating they have been a customer for over 30 years. Overall, Culpepper Cleaners seems to provide a mixed experience, with excellent customer service but inconsistent cleaning quality, and prices that may be on the higher end.

I took my clothes in on Wednesday and needed to be able to pick them up by early Monday at the latest. It was the 4th of July weekend so they were closed on Saturday. They set me up to get a text when they were ready for pickup. I got a text on Thursday late afternoon and picked them up on Friday. As always Culpepper Cleaners does an excellent job on our clothes. They all excel in providing exceptional customer service.
