Dry cleaning dropped of Monday, with a promise would be back on Thursday. Thursday received text stating clothes were ready to be picked up. Condition of clothes after dry cleaning were like new, wrinkle free and ready to wear. Experienced a large number of cleaners in the San Antonio area and Culpeppers is by far the best operation providing clean, undamaged and professionally handled clothing. Not the cheapest in town but the best and I don’t mind paying a little more and getting the results I expect.

First visit to Culpepper ended with a surprise bill of $50 for 2 dresses! The customer service & quality of work is great but the total cost was unexpected. No prices were posted and I wasn’t told my total until pick up. I’ve used other cleaners in the past and assumed pricing would be similar. It’s definitely not so, if you choose to use Culpepper be aware that prices run high. My fault for not asking before committing. Staff is very friendly & helpful but I gave 4 stars for pricing (posting your starting prices would be helpful to customers).
