Our husky was going on his 3rd birthday and hadn’t been successfully groomed yet! He isn’t typically an aggressive dog, but when it came to getting him groomed it was impossible. After being so discouraged we came across Crystal’s gentle grooming and she reassured us that she could take care of him. From start to finish she was very attentive! Booking the appointment was easy. As nervous as we were to transition him into the shop, he gave us no issues! Throughout the service we received video and picture updates and he did great the entire time! Crystal was absolutely wonderful with my two German Shepherd mixes! One of my dogs can become very anxious in unfamiliar settings & Crystal took the time to earn her trust and make the experience as stress-free as possible.
From the very beginning, she was professional, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable about working with nervous and challenging dogs. I appreciated that she listened to my concerns and approached the appointment with patience rather than rushing the process. She also had excellent communication through the entire process which I appreciated so very much.

Crystal’s Gentle Grooming has been grooming Ryley, our terrier mix, for several years now and we are always pleased with the service. She and her staff are kind and loving. Crystal is very reliable and books the appt to accommodate our schedules. Her price is very reasonable.
