Our husky was going on his 3rd birthday and hadn’t been successfully groomed yet! He isn’t typically an aggressive dog, but when it came to getting him groomed it was impossible. After being so discouraged we came across Crystal’s gentle grooming and she reassured us that she could take care of him. From start to finish she was very attentive! Booking the appointment was easy. As nervous as we were to transition him into the shop, he gave us no issues! Throughout the service we received video and picture updates and he did great the entire time! She took her time and because of her patience he showed zero aggression, even when she had to work his sensitive areas! The 40 minute drive was definitely worth the time and her prices reasonable for the effort she shows! Military discounts available! She did such a good job, he didn’t want to leave! Our pup is happy and we are too! We will be bringing him regularly now! Thank you Crystal!!

Krystal took over grooming my brother in law's elderly shiz su recently. I was having to take her to groomer at vets office because she can be difficult due to past trauma with a groomer at Pet Smart. But they wanted her sedated, heavily, and it was $500.00! Plus, she is getting too old for all that sedation. I heard about Krystle, she assured me she could handle Sassy with no sedation. And she did! She did a great job on a little dog who REALLY was in need of grooming. Now I take Sassy to Krystle, and leave knowing she will be fine. And she is!!! I am adding that Krystle knows more about the care of elderly dogs than most vets I have been to. She has helped me with Sassy's eye issues as well as grooming her without insisting on using drugs. I cannot say enough about this young lady.

Crystal is amazing! Very accommodating as I have an older sensitive dramatic pup when it comes to his nails. She took care of him at the car while I dropped off my other to get the works. Affordability, communication, reliability….theres a reason she’s got all those stars. Thank you again 🙏

I can’t say enough good things about Crystal! She takes such an amazing care of my dogs every single time. You can truly tell they love what they do. my puppies always comes home looking adorable, smelling great, and most importantly, happy and relaxed. They’re gentle, professional, and always make sure to listen to any specific requests I have. It’s such a relief knowing my dog is in good hands. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a groomer who genuinely cares about your pet like their own! 🐾
