As a new client, the wonderful welcome started with making the appointment. The call was answered with assurance and friendliness. The appointment was setup within a couple of days. Monica was exactly what I was hoping for. She's friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and so efficient that she completed filing on the same day!
All I have to say is great things about this business establishment. Not only was I greeted and welcomed, I was assisted right away by Desiree. Desiree is an amazing person with such a contagious positive energy that lights up the darkest room ✨️ Not only does she have great people skills, she was also very knowledgeable, and if she didn't know the answer she was determined to get me that information. And I forgot to mention how awesome Monica was as well. I highly recommend them for your future income tax return processing.
