We've had County Wide on a maintenance schedule for over 10 years and have been thoroughly pleased. A few summers ago, my son's A/C went out. They called their A/C people and was told it would be at least a week before they could get out there to check out the A/C. Summers in Texas without A/C is unfathomable. My granddaughter was little then, and his mother-in-law was staying there due to surgery. When I found out I called County Wide and told them the situation, I was asked for my son's phone number for them to let him know they would be out within the hour. We had such a great experience with this company! Their response time was incredibly fast and they came out right away when we needed help. Maria is a woman of her word and very easy to work with. The technician, Edgar was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. It’s rare to find customer service this good these days. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and speedy HVAC service! Thank you to our wonderful neighbors for referring us to this company.
