Cool Concepts A/C & Heating

My ac/furnace was very old and I called Cool Concepts back in October 2020 because it was overheating. Beto came out and repaired it for very reasonable price. Then during the freezing weather last month (Feb 2021) it stopped heating. Which was okay because I didn’t have electricity to run it anyway (eye roll). I called & made an appointment and Beto found that it needed to be replaced, which was no surprise to me. I figured it would need to be replaced soon since it was 20+ years old. I was quoted what I thought was a reasonable price and they installed it all two days later. As a former employee of cool concepts I can assure you that all your needs and expectations will not only be met but exceeded, best place I ever worked, Joe really knows how to take care of his customers, most honest place I’ve ever worked for in my 15 yrs of hvac experience.

Seriously? We call at 6pm for service hoping it would be the next day, and we get a tech at our house an hour later. He fixes the clogged drain in a couple of minutes and the house is back to cool 15 minutes later. And the kicker...after hours call in the evening and the total cost was less than $100?!? Plus the tech who came out was super polite, but that is just a part of your culture since that’s the norm with every service or maintenance call. Blown away by the service and affordability of this company!!!!
