Horrible customer service, undependable and unqualified. Called and emailed for 10 days straight for service, without response. Finally spoke to a representative and was informed it would be 3 days before they could send a technician. The part I was told to order, was incorrect and the technician showed up with no parts. Was charged more than I was told would charged, for the original diagnostic. Equipment wasn’t fixed!

Despite the difficulty with getting an expedient service call Commercial Kitchen for business oriented repairs, I have to compliment the service received. Especially, I want to mention the brothers, Brandon and Dominick Candelaria on July 8th. We had to cancel the first appointment due to our irregular operations. On the 8th, I thought it would happen again as our irregular operations caused out club stay open almost 1 hour after they arrive to fix a cooler. Note, it had to be welded. Not only were they both very friendly and accommodating, but they worked for relentlessly for several hours until our cooler was up and running. Having repair people like this ensure satisfied customers as myself.

I used Commercial Kitchen to repair one of our Frosty Factory Machines back in December, they did a good job which is why I called again today to see if they can come out and repair another one of my machines, was told they cant take any non warranty calls at the moment, I asked why they couldnt fit me in anywhere down the line, and was just given an apology due to the demand, I understand that, they fail to understand that this repair is important to my business, the inability to figure out something to assist a returning customer and small business that depends on companies like this and I wasnt able to get that company that does this type of repair to do this type of repair. They just lost my business and I hope this review persuades you as well to find another repair service company, Thank you!
