They delivered as promised in a big way from design and sales with Rob Stefanic to construction with Miguel Martinez and even the warranty department takes care of business. Hands down the best experience from the beginning. Luis was our designer and made the process of picking each piece simple and low stress. Jonathan was our builder and his team was there when he said they would be. I didn’t have to worry about them taking long breaks or not doing quality work. There was a couple things that didn’t look the way I expected and both Jonathan and Luis listened and made my vision work. I would highly recommend Cody!

The entire experience working with Cody Pools was excellent from start to finish. Luis Alcazar wholeheartedly listened to our vision and expectations for the project and created a beautiful pool and patio design. Our project manager, Dre, was very easy to work with. He was patient with any changes, tweaks, and his communication was excellent. The star of the show, hands down, was Jorge and his crew. Just had literally the worst consultation of my life with any company ever. I need my pool remodeled and it’s a big job. Meaning it’s gonna be a big profitable job for whatever company I choose. I started off with calling and requesting an appointment and they said they would have somebody call me and they never did and I had to call back. No biggie I get scheduled for today at 10 to 1030. Some guy shows up like somebody tinkled in his Cheerios this morning and was just shooting down everything I was saying I wanted like it was some huge ridiculous undoable task that was gonna require me demolishing things that nobody else said would need to be demolished and you can’t do this and where is your survey? You DID get a survey when you bought the house didn’t you? He was so negative I couldn’t even believe it. Finally he just said he was gonna pass on the job LMAOOOO! Ok then… Kieth Zars didn’t pass on sending a quote, neither did Texas pools and others so good luck with this company. His name was George. Immediately after this interaction I signed a contract with Keith Zars.

Cody Pools was tasked with a complete reconstruction of our 40+ year old liner pool and they knocked it out of the park. From the completely new design aspect with John McArthur to Miguel Martinez managing the project, we had complete confidence in the work. All the guys who worked on the project were fantastic and the communication was second to none.

Could not be any happier with our new pool from Cody Pools! Micah worked tirelessly with our draft design to make it reality- It is gorgeous. Brandon was our construction supervisor, who ensured the detailed execution of the construction. There were numerous highly skilled crews that all worked to make our pool dream a reality. One of our favorites was Abe- he and his crew did an amazing tile job! Highly recommend Cody Pools for anyone looking for a beautiful new pool for their family!!

I wanted to take the time to write a review for Brandon Smith team and the excellent job they did and installing our pool. From start to finish his team focused daily on accomplishing different aspects of the job. Amazingly, they completed this job within 60 days. I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of their work and their dedication to customer service. Brandon remained in constant communication, letting me know each day what would be accomplished or what would be accomplished that week and what I could look forward to in the time schedule. All in all, I recommend Cody Pools to anybody living in an HOA because they know how to take care of the customer and the residence within that community while they’re doing construction.
