Review by: Lexi & Shyla (Tiny Patients, Big Personalities) We would like to formally say that while we do not personally enjoy “going to the vet,” if one must attend such appointments, Dr. Hall at City Vet Leon Springs is absolutely the place to do it. From the moment we walk in, the staff knows our names (very important) and greets us like the celebrities we are. There are extra cuddles, gentle voices, and reassuring hugs that make the shots worth it. (well, almost!) Dr. Hall is kind, patient, and explains everything to Momma in a way that makes her feel calm and confident. This is especially important because otherwise she might sit in the parking lot and cry during our procedures. (We appreciate you preventing that, Dr. Hall.) We always feel well cared for, listened to, and treated like the tiny but mighty patients we are. It’s clear that everyone there genuinely loves animals and wants the best for us. Our only formal request: Please stop mentioning that we “might be getting too many treats.” We believe this to be unverified speculation. Bottom line: City Vet Leon Springs and Dr. Hall take wonderful care of us, keep us healthy and thriving, give top-tier cuddles, and keep our Momma at ease - which keeps our whole household happy. Dr Hall at CityVet is the most caring vet I've ever taken my pets to. She helped us so much when my cat was paralyzed. We are forever customers.

Had a wonderful experience today with the entire staff. The groomer Penelope, is absolutely amazing at what she does. I have 3 cockers. She was patient and they turned out beautiful. If you’re looking for a new groomer or vet I definitely recommend them and will be back.
