If you want consistent, reliable service, this is not the practice for it. Staff, when they see you are good. But them seeing you is a hit or miss (not something I want with my healthcare). If you have no other options, feel free to go here.

I’ve used my insurance with Christus before and our insurance tells us specifically Christus is an approved provider. However they wouldn’t let me schedule a doctor appointment because they told me they don’t take our insurance (which is not true) and also that even if they did, that it would be very hard to even get an appointment with a primary care doctor anyway.
