I called about a water heater problem and they were out the next day. Unfortunately our heaters seal was leaking and I needed a new one. David our tech got it done the same way. I had an early morning appointment with technician Johnny Moreno, and his apprentice Matt. They arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed and fixed my issue. I appreciate that they didn’t try to upsell or pressure me to purchase unnecessary services. We have used Christianson plumbing for years- they have always been very friendly and professional- from the minute they walk in the door to the completion of their work. Today, Pablo snd Mackey came to replace our disposal- we got a call 30 minutes prior to arrival- they were right on time- very respectful, polite, asked if i had any questions- again- very nice and polite- and knowledgable.
