After going to "2" Ubreakifix locations (Bandera Rd. @ 1604/IH10 @ Huebner) and getting absolutely "no help" and not even wanting to help but giving the "we can't" brush off, was driving down Babcock Rd. when I saw Cellular Zone Shop, hesitantly I stop bracing myself for more of the same "we can't" I was Greeted by Issac, I explained my situation, he gave me pricing upfront, he explained to me the process, I left my phone for a professional diagnostic, within 20 minutes Issac reached out and gave me my options, decided to go with Battery replacement which the other shops told me could not be done, Thank God my Phone is working as GOOD as NEW !!!! Unexpected accidents happen. One day, I found shader glasses in my hand; my phone broke, and I didn't know how or when.I searched on Google, and I was surprised that two blocks away from my house was a cellular zone repair shop, which was very convenient, so I drove, and a charming young lady helped me to arrange an appointment for the next day to fix my phone.The next day, a technician, Josh, was expecting me, and 4 hours later, I had my phone back as if nothing happened.I highly recommend it.Thank you

Josh and his team fixed the phone that I brought into his store in under an hour! I honestly did not believe the phone was repairable. The repair cost was super reasonable and fair. This business really takes ownership of the problem and be at peace knowing they are at the top level of integrity and professionalism. I’ll be using them for all my cell phone repairs and referring them to everyone as my #1 choice without hesitation. Go to them for your cell phone problems and you will see what I mean.
