I dropped my phone in hot grease at work. And my phone spazzed out. After about 7 days of Shawn replacing rusty circuit board parts... my phone is working perfect again. I was afraid I lost everything. Had I took it anywhere else. They would have declined to work on it. And his pricing is more than fair. I had to leave a great tip.. Shawn really wants to make a happy customer. Go and get the customer service you expect everywhere.

Shawn is super kind and informative about the process of whatever you need fixed. He fixed the back of my iPhone 14 Pro Max and did a great job overall even gave me a deal for a privacy screen for a mishap that happened.We ran into the problem when I was picking up the phone and it just shut off by itself (I thought I did it lol) but he rest assured me that if I just gave him some extra time he just wanted to make sure that everything was okay on the inside.
