From the day I contacted Carabin Shaw, a couple of days after my car accident (total loss), they immediately accepted my case. Soon after, I received phone calls from medical offices to schedule medical treatment and transportation was provided as well, as I had no vehicle and was hurt. CS was 3rd firm I contacted, they got me to see a doctor and got diagnostics done really fast but once it showed the extent of my injury my case stalled and started to go the wrong way. All seemed lost until Mr. Shaw got involved, totally unexpected I received a call from Mr. Shaw and was sincerely apologized to multiple times. He went above and beyond to correct this.
