This company cares about you. Haven’t experienced a family, veteran owed company who cares about me and my home. My late husband would take care of everything, and now I am, ande upon a recommendation from dear friends I have An HVAC team who cares and I am so grateful. They care.
Date: August 29, 2025 The high today is projected to be 100°. My AC went out last night and I was desperate to find someone to come fix it. In a situation like this, you're pretty much at the mercy of whoever you call, and you can't call around for the best price. I called Bravo and Frank came out almost right away this morning. He replaced the electrical capacitor. The cost was less than $350.00. Honestly, he could have charged more, but he seems like a serious and honest guy that doesn't take advantage. Bravo heating and air conditioning has been my go to AC company for many years and for many reasons. One of the most important reasons is what I experienced today. I called this morning at 8 AM and they were at my house at 12:30. Upon arriving, they looked over the situation and had my issue resolved within 30 minutes and I was up and running. This kind of customer service and pricing is very hard to find much less beat. That's why I am always happy to refer them to whoever ask me if I know of a honest trustworthy and reasonably priced AC company. They have been and will be my AC company.
