As somebody who has had a lot of traumatic bodywork and does not let people lay hands on them often, it was truly shocking to see how relaxed my body and nervous system was when Heather was working on me. She was constantly checking in with me to ensure that I was safe and her touch was extremely light but extremely effective. I can't recommend Heather enough if you are dealing with something that no one else has been able to figure out, if you are very sensitive to people touching you , or if you have had other clinicians and practitioners who have not had your best interest in mind. I called Blue Monarch to schedule my massage, left a message, and was promptly called back. My appointment was set up with Caleigh. We discussed areas of focus before getting started. Throughout, Caleigh had a very calming demeanor, and created a relaxing environment. She addressed everything that we talked about. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and look forward to the next time I go back.
