Did a walk-in with Kailto on flash day. It was already 9pm and they stayed late to complete them same day, no complaints, just welcoming. Kailto was friendly, professional, and it was a fun and safe enviornment. We just hung out and watched sailor moon while getting tattooed. I cant wait to go back!
