Excellent customer service and fast repair for an emergency in our yard. Jaime and his crew came out on a Friday evening without delay and got the problem fixed in no time. He took great care of us and didn't price gouge. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the Boerne area.
I can’t say enough great things about Blackjack Plumbing, LLC. Jaime Reyna is the best!!! They responded incredibly fast when I had a major water issue from both a pipe failure and a leaking water heater. Their team was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Jaime quickly identified that the original installation by a previous plumber was not done correctly, which ultimately led to the damage. He took the time to clearly explain everything to me and provided detailed documentation and reports for insurance purposes.

Super quick service! Everyone who came out (we had multiple plumbing related issues in the span of a few days!) was professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. I real appreciated the clear communication and thorough work done. Would absolutely recommend Blackjack to anyone with a plumbing need!
