Booked an appointment with AG to get my beard trimmed and under control. The last place I went to did a horrible job, so I was pretty nervous coming into this; however, it was easily the best experience I’ve had with San Antonio barbers. Showed AG what I was looking for (and what had happened at the other shop) and he slowly brought my beard down to a place I liked and was comfortable with. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome.

This is my third time here and I have not been impressed with their work. Took my son to get his hair cut and against my better judgement, I brought him back (which was my fault) to get his hair cut. Decided to go in as a walk-in since it was a last minute decision. Regardless of the decision to be a walk-in or appt, service should still be good. It wasn’t many folks in there but I guess whoever in the corner takes walk-ins. He could be nice, but the haircut wasn’t good. His lineup was terrible and it’s low but not clean. And the way cut his sideburns off rather than line him cleanly. I’m more upset that the guys in the front sent him to him and allowed that to happen. This won’t be a return for us. My son deserves to have his hair cut properly and not trimmed like he’s a toddler.

Just moved here. Looking for a barber to do my son's haircut. Found this place on goggle maps. The reviews were hit n miss. Some people say don't go, others say it's a good place. Let me tell you right now.... DONT waste your money like me. I booked the appt with Barber Dwaine. Nice guy but he jacked me son's head up!! After leaving I told my son don't worry we will find someone else. Never going back!!

Been here a few times and have had great experiences. AG is super friendly and professional. He even went so far as to give me a beard trim just to show me his work and how it was better than I can do on my own, which it was. Great barbershop, glad I found them.
