I have no eyebrows at all. I listen to them to chemo. Belinda and her manager were amazing. Teaching me and demonstrating for me how I can have the look of brows without actually having any. They both had the best energy were so kind, cheerful and helpful. I’m so glad I finally got the courage to seek help from professionals!! So so happy with the results
Berlinda is new to the Huebner Oaks Ulta location, but salon stylists raved about her skills and assured me I would be wowed -I booked myself and my two teen girls. Indeed, after our 1st visit, we are now loyal clients. Girls had their 2nd Benefit brow appointment with Berlinda today. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and connects with her clients. Rosie the store manager was AMAZING. She took an hour of her time to help me with purchasing the Dyson air wrap. I don't know any manager of a store who has spent that much time and effort helping a costumer. She made it so much easier to problem solve while making the purchase and didn't leave my side till I walked out with the Dyson. She was kind and very helpful. This is what store managers should be like everywhere. I'm surprised she's not a higher up at ULTA. Her work benefits the company 100%.
