Went with my sister and the front desk girl obviously purposely made her wait for over an hour, many people walked in for walk in appointments after she did and they took other people first and kept her waiting with no checking in or anything. Horrible service and you lost our business all because this girl at the front desk did not like us for no reason and gave us attitude.

when i walked in, i asked the girl at the front desk to help me choose a nail set because i couldn’t decide. this girl was obviously uncomfortable by me asking her to help me, which can be fine sometimes people don’t want to answer unimportant questions or just didn’t know how to help. her attitude was quite off, but i didn’t think it would cause any issue since i simply asked her an innocent question. i let it go, filled out my card, and she told me i could sit and wait. i waited for over an hour. i walked in a couple minutes before 4 and walked out at 5 not even being seated, not being reassured that my time was coming. there were multiple MANY people who came in after me, i saw them check in on the keypad and filled out a card and sat down, just like i did, and only waited at most 20 minutes. i had waited over an hour, and i know the girl at the counter is in charge of which cards get taken first, and it was obvious she caused me to wait so long but i can’t prove it.

I went in with oval nails with overlay. I let the tech know I needed them shorter. She recommended that I take off and get a new set. I agreed. She proceeded To peel off the acrylic taking multiple layers of my natural nail, And ripping two of my nails off, requiring me to now get tips added. She never asked what shape I wanted, I told her multiple times round. She did them square, I asked her again round. They are still square, now with rounded corners. Then they tried to charge me for taking them off, I wouldn’t mind paying that if they soak them off and not ripped them off. My birthday nails and I either keep the shitty job they did or pay again somewhere else to be done correctly.

Highly recommend getting serviced by Juliet and Amarilys they did an excellent and beautiful Job.

Amarilys did a great job! She saved my nails and cleaned them up really good. She even did my cuticles.
