Dennis Garrett communicated with my husband and I very well throughout the whole process. It was evident from the beginning that he was looking out for our best interest. He did a great job explaining the process and helping us work through the details with our insurance company. When the job was complete the follow up was excellent. ARP Roofing was fantastic from start to finish. I have never had the experience of needing to replace a roof, so it was all new to me. Dennis walked me through the entire process and answered all my questions. There is no high pressure sales to upgrade or do add-ons. ARP is there to meet your needs and give you high quality workmanship utilizing only the best materials. A 10 year workmanship warranty was an added bonus. Dennis Garrett helped us out from start to finish and even followed up a few weeks later. After a lot of back and fourth with the insurance company we were able to get the cost covered by the insurance company. Couldn’t have done it without his expertise!
