My family members are clients and several friends. Could not be more pleased with the care and communication they provide. For the attendants this company offers medical insurance and supplemental care as well as competitive pay not very many companies offer benefits. Will continue to recommend this agency..oh they also help feed and cloth the homeless in our community pretty impressive!
My grandfather, who is a veteran, absolutely loved this company! They were attentive, friendly and worked around any VA appointments we had!! We would recommend this company to any Veteran or civilian, they know the VA and all the rules!
No Stars!!!This Home Health Care Agency cannot be trusted. Very Unprofessional Agency.Including Adminstative. They will Turn on you!Our Veteran Patient was mistreated and was very hurt when this Agency Abandoned His care without Notice Or Explenation of any kind!This was Clearly a form of Retaliation. After family Caught There Aid Abusing Patient Verbally and threatening too Harm Veteran Patient.Paralyzed Veteran needs help with bathingWound Care, therapy and Nurse Care all of which Terminated without Notice or Explenation by this Agency. After Abuse was Reported!Some of these Staff members steal from the patient and have no Respect for the patient or his home.Female...read full review
