When I reached out about services, Cameron was very responsive and helpful. We had reached out to a few different companies and he was very patient while we waited to compare quotes. Ultimately, we felt that Alta would be the best fit for us so we proceeded. A few days later we were scheduled for service and Manny came out to our home. I really appreciated that he reached out ahead of time to give me an ETA and even reached out again to give us a heads up that he was on his way. I had a great experience with Andrew. He was professionally dressed and courteous. I liked how he made sure my pets were taken care of by advising me to bring them inside because of the wind just as a precaution. Usually with other companies in the past I have to ask all the questions regarding the health and safety of my pets. He told me everything up front. I also appreciated that he stood back due to all the recent new illnesses, this is a quality that people often ignore. I have a medically fragile family member so I definitely appreciate it.
