Had them add a patio cover to our house last year and was pretty pleased with it by the end. However, now we have black spots appearing which looks like mold and we reached out two months ago to see if they could come out to take a look. They said yes but then ghosted us. We have attempted multiple times to see if or when they could come take a look but nothing. It seems they have even blocked our phone numbers…. Great work in the beginning but if you need them to check on the work within your warranty, they ignore you.

They kept the workspace tidy every evening, which I really appreciated since we have dogs. Oscar himself checked in regularly to ensure everything was going according to plan. We ran into a few unexpected structural issues with our old flooring once the cabinets came out, but Oscar and his team handled it without breaking a sweat. They explained the fix, gave us a fair price for the extra labor, and kept the project moving forward. It’s during those 'surprises' that you realize who the good contractors are. The new layout is so much more functional, and the island is now the centerpiece of our home. I wouldn't trust anyone else with a major renovation like this.

Five stars for ALO General Contractor! We just had our roof replaced and the experience was seamless. They arrived early, worked hard throughout the day, and the foreman was always available to answer my questions. They even fixed a small issue with my chimney cap while they were up there at no extra charge. It's those little extras that show they truly care about their reputation and their customers. I am so happy with how everything turned out. My house looks brand new again!
