Sergio with Alamo Water Softeners provided outstanding service from start to finish. Our water softener sprang a leak right before we were leaving for vacation, and Sergio was able to get out to us quickly and fix the problem, which was a huge relief.
He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in terms that were easy to understand. He made sure we knew exactly what was going on before performing the repair and answered all of our questions thoroughly.

The person (James) that came to fix my R.O. system and check my water softener system was not only very informative and friendly but also very thorough. He left us with the confidence that both systems were back to top shape. He also took the time to explain the programming of the softener control. Definitely a satisfying experience.
