My family had a new water softener installed yesterday by Tony and was thrilled with the work. He was early to our appointment which I was totally fine with, friendly, walked me through all the work he was going to do and even did a few extra things I wasn't aware I needed to do. He finished his work, cleaned the area and put back anything he had to move out of the way, walked me through all the important functions of the softener and collected payment.
