Very happy with the services provided by Alamo City Handyman ( OMG). Chris helped us with our master bathroom remodel ( shower and bathroom floor) and invited to their showroom to look at tiles. When we wanted to explore other options, Chris offered to meet at our local Lowe’s and helped us pick the necessary materials. Have to admit it was his “above & beyond” customer obsession and his professionalism that we decided to hire Alamo City Handy. And we are so glad we hired them.Ran into a few issues with how the house/bathroom was originally built, but Chris always came with solutions. Overall, we're very pleased with final product and the experience we had with Alamo City Handymen.We did feel like the estimate missed some expenses that should've been expected -- we ended about $5k over the estimate for our remodeling project. We also ended up more involved in the design process that we anticipated; we would've liked more ideas for what our project could've looked like, but we're happy with the design we ended up with!Our contractor, Chris communicated consistently and effectively and kept us in the loop throughout the job.
