I’m a student currently. I currently hold an esthetician license so I knew what to expect when it came to shopping around barber schools. Jamal is part owner of this barber school I genuinely believe he cares and puts up with a lot from students that are unmotivated but he cares and runs this school with organization and rules .I am a night student and would love to give a big shoutout to the two night instructors MR. Andre and Luis they are awesome with helping students who get stuck on a step .For the longest time we had LAZY instructors but they eventually didn’t last these two work together to help the students learn and I genuinely feel that it has motivated...read full review

I was low on funds and skepticalon getting my hair cut at this school. I took a chance and was set up with a student named Geno. Not only am I pleased with how Geno cut my hair, I believe I found me a new barber. ? ?

Sometimes a gamble pays off in spades. I always wondered about getting a haircut there, so I gave it a shot. I got with Joey and I swear he gave me the single best undercut I've ever had. Legitimately, my hair hasn't been this good before. Alamo Barber College has to be doing something right. He was great.Oh, best part? The haircut was only $10. He did a great job so I tipped like I would if I were at Sport Clips and got the quality of cut I got at Alamo.
