I joined Alamo 180 and have been very happy with the experience! At first, everything felt new and out of my comfort zone, but Jeff's expertise, coaching, and pacing helped with onboarding so I could find my footing and start making progress! The community is supportive and welcoming to newbies, the location is great, and the gym is well equipped.
My Mother introduced me and my Husband to Join this Local Gym. My Husband needs to be up-to-date on his med card every 2 years for work. It’s been about 5 months now attending this amazing gym and We LOVE IT!! Jeff and his Wife are the BEST!! Not only has my family and I become a life long term participants, but PALS? especially with the owners and with the life long term members as well.? Once you START, you WON’T want to Stop! ?
