It has been 5 years since having surgery, and since then I work on keeping my core and all pelvis areas strong. I recently advanced my regimen, and I was having some glute area discomfort. I scheduled with Dr. Andy Pichardo, and he was able to pin-point my weakness and muscle imbalances on my first assessment. I went for a total of three visits and with each visit, I saw results.
