I loved with Dr. Arnold, not only was he kind and patient with my toddler in tow, but he listened to my goals and pain points, even when I became frustrated with feeling like I had ended up at square one. He took the time to ensure I was able to get back to my regular movement as well as educated me about the how and why my injury came to be. After 6 months of pain, I am excited to be able to run pain-free.

I arrived with significant pain and severer tightness around my neck and shoulders. Dr. Arnold was able to break up the knots deep within and allow the muscles surrounding to relax and lead to a more natural feeling. He has a great touch and a wonderful bedside manner that left me feeling well cared for.
