called asking a question, the guy who picked up said "let's see who will hang up first, 1,2,3, go" and then hung up on me. I called back and he sent my call to voicemail. awful.Update in response to owner: This is not a telemarketer, why would a telemarketer take the time to call and call back and write a review? Makes no sense.

I was highly recommended this place and made an appointment to get my system cleaned. No one ever showed up, I tried to contact them and still no response. This is extremely depressing because of how highly rated this company is. I hope they treat other customers better.Service: HVAC system maintenance

would not recommend this company to any of my friends,they put a new system in my house and used the old pvc drain line and now a year and a half later the 30 year old line cracked and they want to charge 350 bucks for 3 feet on cheap pvc line,when they should have just replaced the OLD line with new system I paid for.

If you are looking for anything HVAC related I wouldn’t hesitate to give this company a call. The outstanding service they provided me will keep me coming back for many years. I initially spoke with Dustin about my issues and within a day he had Mando out to my house with everything done up like it should’ve been 3 years ago. Now my furnace is working at full capacity and my lines are no longer overfilled. Thanks for the great service!Services: AC installation

Dustin arrived at my home in 15 min. The capacitor needed to be replaced and I was low on freon. Super nice guy. Had a fun conversation about planes.Fantastic service, professional, and great prices. Highly highly recommend.

These three had my system up and running in less than three hours .. Very nice crew !!! Mondo answered all my thousand questions , helped me set up my thermostat .. .. great customer service !!!

Bob S.I called Airod on May 5, 2021 for an estimate and was told they could start the next day. The service technicians were very polite and knowledgeable. They remove the old unit and install a new 4 ton system in about 4 hours. I am very satisfied with the installation.

THIS POST ISNT FAKE, SO DONT EVEN TRY TO LIE THAT IT DIDNT HAPPEN! These guys don't care about sanitary practices. After asking Mando and his partner to please wear shoe coverings because i dont allow shoes in my house, his buddy took issue with that and PURPOSELY put their DIRTY DUSTPAN ON TOP OF MY DRYER, right next to my clean facemasks that i had neatly folded on top of the dryer and where i put all my clean linen on. When i try to question him as to why he would put a dirty dustpan full of dirt on top of my dryer, Mando tells me if i dont stop complaining that they are going to leave and not finish the job and i wont have my a/c fixed. I also told him as nice as possible (considering the circumstances) that i dont like their tools on my washer and to remove them from there. The nerve of this man "Mando" He's says im not going to remove them until you ask me nicely. Thats about as nice as im going to be when u disrespect me in my own house. At that moment i had enough and told him that if he isnt going to finish the job, then Get Out. He refuses to leave in that instant, he instead ignores me and continues to remain in my home unwelcome. He takes his sweet time to remove his tools and continues to ignore my wishes to leave. If i ask u to leave, its not a suggestion. IM TELLING YOU TO LEAVE, You dont continue to supposedly do your job after you refuse to finish the job. So he packs up and goes outside with his things and then still has the nerve to help himself back in for a picture. I did not say u could come back in WHO THE F* DO U THINK U ARE? U disrespect me in my house and u have the nerve to let yourself back in my house for a picture. what part of GTFO DO U NOT UNDERSTAND? I Called to speak with the owner but have yet to hear back. I spoke with CINDY. I WILL NOT BE DISRESPECTED IN MY OWN HOME! THIS WAS $1800 dollars work not including labor, and I still dont have A/C in my home. Mando called his boss during the incident to inform him that he isnt going to finish the job and his boss approved of it, instead of trying to put the paying customer first who has EVERY RIGHT to be upset at the total lack of common courtesy. I have NEVER came acrosss such utter disregard and disrespect in my own home.
