Great experience. Harrison was awesome. Friendly, polite and super good at what he does. A/C needed a capacitor replaced he was quick to identify that, and to get it done. Didn't try and upsell anything, just did the job at hand, quickly and efficiently. Will stay w them for AC service going forward.
Harrison was the Best and quit a comedian too, lol!
My T-Stat failed after only 3 years and he came over after hours and installed a new one. don't buy a Goggle Nest Unit, you need a law degree to figure it out. Anyhow, Harrison installed his own Trane Brand T-Stat on our AC System, and my family were happy campers there afterwards. Thank you, Harrison, for the quick response and exceptional work you did for us last night.
Air Texas was a great company to work with. Quentin was our technician for a commercial unit at the storage facility I manage and he was on time, communicated well for me to understand the issue, and most importantly efficient in repairing our HVAC systems contactor issue.
