Ladies are great however a little lacking in professionalism in my opinion so I booked a service 9-3:30 window and for the first 2 hours I was just sitting in the chair while my stylist separated the hair and got everything in order so that was a little frustrating but the actual work itself was beautiful $250 with $50 deposit

Miriam is amazing! She’s always professional, takes her time to make sure everything looks perfect, and is super accommodating. I brought the wrong hair color for my boho braids, and she worked her magic to create a custom shade I ended up loving even more. Highly recommend!

The customer service and care displayed was awesome. Was able to be scheduled on short notice, made recommendation for additional hair that was needed, explained different techniques, provided advice to my granddaughter for care of hair after swimming. This is definitely now my go to place for braids and definitely recommend!!

The last time I had braids, was about 9 years ago. When I decided to get braids, I knew I wanted a hair stylist that specifically caters to the hair braiding craft. I found AH by way of Google and thank God that I chose a hair therapist that knows her stuff! I drove two and a half hours for the appointment and I regret nothing. The owner is professional and very kind. We had a Great conversation, that helped passed the time. She was patient with me in explaining the styles and helped me choose my main color and highlight color. I had my hair done a week ago (6/24) and I have been getting compliments EVERYDAY. If you were on the fence about AH Braiding, know that you are getting QUALITY service. She absolutely slayed my hair. A million thanks. Highly recommend!

I told her this in person and I will say it again here. I never leave her chair unsatisfied! Any style I give her, she somehow is able to pull it off beautifully. It was really hard for me to find a good braider whenever I moved to San Antonio but after finding her, she has been my go to person for years. Definitely recommend her!

I plan on definitely going back after they did amazing on my hair. I didn’t have an appt because someone had just canceled on me. I walked in to see if I could make an appt and they took me right away instead. This was a custom color I mixed and brought to their shop but I’m sure they can mix this as well. This was butt length knotless $300

ADJIA! She’s the Queen of crochet and makes the braids SLAY! I have been going to her for a few years now, and have not been disappointed. She executes the style in a meaningful timely manner, with good growing hands and clean parts. I recommend her (and salon) to anyone who wants quality braiding done in SA TX. Thank you!

I called because the stylist I booked with left me hanging. The owner was very nice and I loved her vibe,the music and she was a God fearing person. The shop was very pretty. My Island twist came out cute. There was just a few aspects that I didn’t like and it was the time I spent there. My appointment was for 12pm and I left at 9:30pm. Just feel that’s very steep for short island twist. The stylist kept stopping and going to help the other braider on another client hair and she did more talking than working. Got very sleepy and impatient. I had a few bundles of braiding hair left that I provided myself. Before I could ask for my hair. They kept it. Being late and had to get home to my teens I just nipped it in the bud! As a professional braider myself. I always give my clients there hair back. I have no problem paying whatever because I can afford it but providing the price upfront would be more helpful for prospect clients. Other than that my hair came out cute. I would have gave 5 but those aspects cut that one star!
Edit: yes you returned the Amazon hair but you did not return the expression hair that was clearly provided by me. That was enough hair for almost another style alone. I know what I said about the Amazon hair but why my other hair was never returned? You trying to clap back on me is not professional! Just because a person has time does not mean you take advantage of them! Doesn’t matter if it was last minute or not. Thanks again for my hair!

I absolutely love getting my hair done here. 5 stars is not enough for the work Miriam and her team does , the atmosphere is amazing and she makes you feel welcomed every time. 10/10 I recommend her all the time.
