Tried calling to get info on services for my business and was completely shut down saying “we are looking for certain clients” which was a bit upsetting since I felt she didn’t bother asking clarifying questions on what I needed and kept sighing like I was annoying her. Wish I would have gotten a better experience like these other people but I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Very professional, thorough and easy to work with. Everything was done online and over phone. Website is very easy to use and provides for multi-factor authentication which is important to me. The return was completed on the date that was given to me and filed with IRS right away. I recommend Adam and his team!
