My orthopedic surgeon said the joint was fine and it was probably soft tissue. I tried additional physical therapy and myofascial release but nothing was fixing it. My primary care doctor suggested that I try acupuncture because my only other option would be a pain specialist and I did not like the idea of drugs or additional surgery. Luckily I found Balance.
