This last time we called AC, it was so cold in our bedroom and bath that I was under an electric blanket and outside that morning it was 9 degrees. I called and they were there and they worked 2 days supplying a new heat pump and doing repair in the attic. The weather outside was so cold and bad but they kept going until the job was done. Thank goodness we have AC to take care of us
