Get all in writing before you use this company. Basic work was professionally done but salesman promises were not honored. They ghosted me afterwards.

We had our fence replaced in October 2022, it is now February 2023. They did a good job with our fence, other than there being a large gap underneath.But the biggest issues were that the guys left a huge mess in our backyard. They left trash, rolls of nails, and loose nails on the ground and I have a toddler. Within 10 minutes of beginning their work they cut our internet wire (I work from home, so I wasn’t able to work for the next 2 days until our internet provider was able to come and repair). They also cut the pipes to our sprinkler system, which we didn’t realize until the next day when our whole yard flooded. We called the fence company to have them come out and have someone repair it since they’re the ones who damaged it. Of course, we kept getting the run around so we put a hold on paying the rest of the invoice for our fence. The receptionist, Marilyn, asked us to pay the rest of the invoice and then they will send someone out. We gave her the benefit of the doubt so we paid. What a surprise, they never showed up. We have been calling periodically for the past 4 months with promises that the owner, Roland, will call us back, but we never receive any calls. We were given Roland’s personal number, but he NEVER answers his phone.We called our sprinkler system company and they said they can repair and invoice 3:23 fencing but we can’t even get them to answer our calls or call us back. They also said we could pay the invoice and have 3:23 reimburse us, but we know that’s not going to happen. All we need is for 3:23 to reimburse us the cost to repair our sprinkler system so we can get someone to repair it.**I would highly suggest using a different fencing company if you want to avoid any issues.

We had a beautiful 7' horizontal privacy fence installed this week and we could not be happier! Roland came up with great solutions for us and was receptive to incorporating our ideas. Marilyn in the office was very communicative and on top of everything. If any small questions/issues came up, they addressed them quickly.Listen, I am a tradeswoman and very meticulous when it comes to finishing and have high expectations for quality - they met them. I wanted to hire this company because of their great reviews and competitive bid. Sounds like the company may have gone through some management changes. In any case, working and communicating with them was a nightmare and I never got to the point of getting the fence installed. I lost my deposit, which was even more disappointing. I eventually went with City Fence Co and it was a breath of fresh air working with Robert after dealing with the nightmare that is 3:23.

We could not have had a better experience with 323 and our fence looks amazing. I was a bit skeptical after reading some of the negative reviews but our contract had already been signed and we hoped for the best. However, the process from start to finish exceeded my expectations and the job was handled in a timely and professional manner.We first met with Kim who explained the process and answered all of our questions. She guided us in the direction of a horizontal cedar fence after we described the look and design we wanted. Along the way, we spoke to Marilyn who was kind, knowledgeable and communicative. We did have a minor setback right before the fence was going to be installed as the company had an issue with their crew but this was immediately handled by the owner who arrived to explain the situation. He then took the time to further explain the process and design details.Again, our fence looks so good and we love the modern look along with the added privacy. I did not have a good experience. The portion of the fence I had replaced was not installed well (the corner heights don't match up, they left a gap at the bottom). They didn't show for corrections twice. They don't seem to understand that when you have dogs and neighbors with dogs that coordinating fence work takes effort on the part of the customer. They never gave me a time when they would show, so I wasted whole days waiting without a phone call. I finally gave up when I kept getting excuses. I used them years ago, so I trusted the quality would be similar. It was not.

Very happy with this company. Timely response. Scheduled out a couple of weeks but was able to complete project a week early. Great workmanship and very professional. Highly recommend.

As other reviews have stated, we had a horrible experience with this company. Their workers are kind, but the management and customer service is absolutely horrendous. They made promises they couldn't keep, gave their workers misdirection, never showed up when they said they would, ordered poor materials, etc, etc. I would never recommend them to anyone! They actually threatened to come tear out our fence within 3 hours of finishing the work bc we were not home when they finished and they wanted to be paid immediately upon completion. (50% had been paid upfront). They were the most unprofessional contractor I have ever worked with. Pick someone else, you'll be glad you did!Service: Wood fence installation
