I would give Dr. Aranda, and the staff here, 10 stars if it was permitted. I spent months and months (and a whole lot of $$) trying to get to the bottom of my pretty severe and intermittent back pain. Dr. Aranda took one look at me, said “I see what’s wrong” and she went to work! I had relief the first visit, and every subsequent visit saw a reduction in pain/numbness. Top notch care, and I cannot recommend 1st Choice enough. The office is very comfortable and welcoming, and the staff are just the best. I very sincerely wish I had called them sooner! Thank you for helping me

I have to say that the staff at 1st Choice Rehabilitation & Wellness have been amazing to work with during my recovery. Friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable. You can definitely tell that they love what they do and want to help you. Keep up the great work! Thank you for serving our community the way you do!

Dr. Aranda and her staff ( Miranda and Beyoncé’) were outstanding. They know exactly what they’re doing and how to do it. They create an environment that truly allows for people to relax and solely focus on your health. The only place I will complete any future therapeutic appointments.
