Love this nail salon! The staff here really goes above and beyond to take care of their clients. They always listen to what I want and make sure the final look matches what I had in mind by asking and including my input. I never feel rushed, and they check in throughout to make sure everything is perfect. It’s clear they truly care about quality and customer satisfaction. Dont know how I've never written a review for this place before. I've been coming here for almost 7 years now and I always leave with what I want. The staff are all lovely and talented. Michael has become one of my dear friends over the years. Anna and Mimi are super skilled when it comes to complex nail designs, and Max gives some of the best pedicures. ?
I have been coming here to get pedi & mani for the past 7 months. First of all, I will recommend “WILL”, he is professional, clean, kind, and has accurately met all my picky wishes. I have tried other nail techs there but… I’m not here to down talk anyone. I am extremely happy so far with Will’s performance and I recommend him 100%. I know it might be business policy for each nail tech to get customer out as fast as possible to accommodate someone else in place to enhance business but the only thing I notice is the rush feeling to end the task, although, that doesn’t change the fact Will still tries to meet my expectations in a rush manner.
