“I reached out to Dr. Frembgen for a second opinion on a possible epilepsy diagnosis on our 4 month old kitten. I was so nervous to leave Gilly for a whole day knowing how fragile she is... but I knew she was in good hands. When I went back that afternoon to pick her up, Dr. Frembgen took the time to bring her book in, along with all test results and walked me through all the causes of feline seizures and how she ruled most of them out. While we weren't able to identify the cause of them, I'm confident that she did everything she could to get us down to 1-2 options. Gilly is on seizure medication for life and we're just praying that neurological symptoms don't start to show and that ALL we're dealing with is epilepsy. I have been taking my pets there for shots and vaccines, as well as the couple times they got sick, and I go up there regularly to buy other medications for them, and the staff and the veterinarian himself are all very nice and helpful and they have taken very good care of my pets whenever they had to be hospitalized a couple years back.They of course accept CareCredit, and they also work with another agency that helps people be able to afford health care for their pets, and they can do pretty much everything there. Anything from hospitalizations to even cremation.And it's not only cats and dogs either. It's just a really great place and the prices are fair, and yeah.. I would absolutely recommend this place to anybody who needs a regular clinic for their pets.“

“Our 18-year-old dalmatian needed her nails trimmed and pain meds refilled. Western Veterinary Hospital fit us on the same day. The staff is friendly, and they obviously love animals. They did a great job on her nails. I know this sounds simple, but her nails grow so fast that a slight trim leaves her with painfully long nails within two weeks. Dr. Hodges examed her without hurting her: it breaks my heart when she's hurt unnecessarily during a physical exam. We waited for 30 minutes after our appointment time; I'm guessing because the Doctor was on a large animal call. We enjoyed a nice walk around the property, making the wait time beneficial. Duma is up and feeling great today. Thank you, Western Veterinary Hospital. Now, if you could do nail trims on our 30-year-old cockatoo?“

“The best experience I have had from start to finish! I had scheduled my appointment a bit later in the week but was then called by the heartfelt staff, requesting per the veterinarian, to move my appointment sooner due to the symptoms I had stated. This was the first sign, I knew my cat was going to be in amazing hands. Upon arrival of my appointment, I was immediately placed in a room with a 5 minute grace period, but it was actually less! Dr. Zachary Schulze has definitely found his passion as he provided amazing care to my cat and explained every step, process, and diagnosis to where I was in understanding. He was not in a rush and made me feel my cat was the top priority at that very moment. He took time to explain the medication needed along with how to place and provide it to my cat. Knowing my cat can be a bit visious, and if needed assistance, they would help me without question. He then gave me time to ask any additional questions and wanted to make sure my visit with them met my expectations. Him and his staff did that perfectly! Upon check out, with everything they had done within the visit, I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg. I was very surprised by the charge as it was below my estimated price. The team member who checked me out explained their clinic is very understanding and try their best to have that reflected on the bill. Don't search for another vet clinic. Make your appointment with them, and you will be like me, wanting to brag about yours and your fur baby's experience.“
